Job Title: Executive Chef (Bakery and Desserts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute an exquisite bakery and dessert menu, catering to all-day, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch services.
- Lead a team of talented pastry chefs, fostering a collaborative and innovative kitchen environment.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seamless bakery and dessert production, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Conduct comprehensive training programs for kitchen staff, emphasizing culinary skills, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest quality ingredients are sourced while optimizing costs.
- Implement stringent costing controls to achieve financial objectives while maintaining the excellence of baked goods and desserts.
- Supervise inventory management, including ordering, storage, and waste reduction to enhance profitability.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- Baking: 5 years (preferred)

- Vendor management: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
