Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance data, conduct A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
- Monitor key metrics, performance trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in digital marketing and leverage them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital products is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
