**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance performance and achieve KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, product) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across different channels and campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of paid media, digital advertising, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Experience with enterprise brands / food brands is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
