**Job Title: Performance Marketer**

**Experience Level: 2 years**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance, including ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivering against ROI targets.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Stay abreast of changes in digital platforms and algorithms to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
