**Job Description: Performance Marketer**

**Position**: Performance Marketer
**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure it aligns with KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization.
- **Audience Targeting**:

- Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and pixel tracking to understand customer behavior and optimize targeting.
- **Ad Copy & Creatives**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging and high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad elements.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize performance within allocated spend.
- Identify cost-effective strategies to achieve goals.
- **SEO & SEM**:

- Work alongside the SEO team to align paid and organic search strategies.
- Optimize landing pages to improve Quality Scores and user experience.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.
- Identify new growth opportunities and advertising channels.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in performance marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,250.94 - ₹41,927.10 per month
