**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote insurance and financial products
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with HRs, Admin Heads, and key decision-makers
- Present company products and solutions effectively to meet client needs
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures
- Maintain regular reports of sales performance and pipeline

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- 6 months-5 years of experience in corporate sales / B2B sales (insurance/financial services preferred)
- Experience in Insurance Domain are also preferable
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred
