We are one of the leading & upcoming Family entertainment/Play areas in Chennai, looking for a Dynamic, Adaptive & Experienced individual to manage and direct all aspects of the centre's operations.

He/she ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

This role ensures that centre is well run by focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction, ensuring safety of kids/customers, improving revenues and profits, minimizing operating costs, implementing, and following up on service standards.

Location: Chennai, Velachery

Designation: Manager

**Salary**: 23000 to 26000 INR

Minimum Experience: 8+ years (previous experience in managing play areas/schools/retail outlets would be preferred & should have handled a Team of minimum 10 members)

Education: University or bachelor's degree Gender: Male/Female

Roles and Responsibilities.
- Responsible to manage Play area centre and be a point of contact to Management, Customers, Staff & other stakeholders.
- Ensure Kids/Customer & Products Safety inside Play Area at all times.
- Manage Customer Interactions, satisfaction, escalations, Ensuring a motivated and cohesive

team.
- Come up with insights on sales, customer reviews & measures to address negative reviews.
- Manage Operation expenses and Revenue improvement initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage Staffing/HR Activities, Including Attrition, New Recruitment,

Training, Mentoring, etc
- Plan & Manage Staff Shift Roaster, Leave, Attendance, Breaks, Centre opening and closing as

per the business hours.
- Manage Hygiene, Cleanliness of centre, Coordination with vendors on any

Product/Infrastructure repair/refurbishment as required.
- Organize & Manage Birthday Parties/other Events in centre.
- Responsible to manage and send MIS reports (Sales Report, Leave, Salary computation,

overtime pay, etc)
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize

efficiency and productivity.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact operations.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the company operates within relevant laws and regulations.

Personal - Individual Use
- Integrity: Do the right thing, all the time, Hospitality: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Good communication Skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Timings: 4pm to 1am on weekdays, 4pm to 2am on weekends/special days or as required by business.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
