**Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer + Videographer**
**Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Location**: In-person (Electronic City - Phase I, Bangalore)
**Salary Structure**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
- Performance-Based Bonus: Up to ₹5,000/month

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Saturday - WFH: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
- **Shift**: Day Shift

**Lock-in Period**: Minimum 6 months

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design creatives including carousels, flyers, packaging, social media banners, and reel covers.
- Assist in video shoots and capture basic visual content (behind-the-scenes, promotional, content for reels, etc.)
- Edit raw footage using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Support the senior creative team in ideation, visual research, and execution.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across visuals.
- Learn and gradually incorporate motion graphic tools like Canva Animator, After Effects, etc.
- Manage time effectively, deliver on deadlines, and stay aligned with campaign goals.
- Maintain work discipline and contribute to a results-driven, creative culture.

**Qualifications**
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in design and/or videography
- Proficiency in basic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (CapCut or equivalent acceptable)
- Interest in motion graphics is a plus
- **Must own a laptop and required creative software/tools**
- Strong eye for detail, visual storytelling, and a proactive mindset
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Media, or Visual Communication (preferred but not mandatory)

**Mandatory Application Requirement**

**Performance & Growth Policy**
- **Permanent employment from Day 1**
- **6-month lock-in period** (mandatory commitment)
- No probation — we trust talent that is ready to show up and perform
- **Payslips released after lock-in**, unless required earlier by law
- **Performance-Based Appraisal Only** — Growth depends on quality, consistency, and deliverables
- **Appraisal**:

- 10% Fixed salary increase annually.
- 25% performance pay hike after lock-in period.
