**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pharmaceutical products.
- Provide information on the proper use, dosage, and side effects of medications.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, checking for expired products, and placing orders.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the pharmacy’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to their prescriptions or purchases.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the correct dispensing of medications.
- Stay updated on new pharmaceutical products and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Proven experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their uses.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy management software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
