- Obtain brief **medical history** and **chief complaints**.
- Guide patients to the correct consultation room.
**Assisting in Medical Examinations**
- Prepare patients for physical exams.
- Assist doctors during minor procedures or assessments.
- Ensure the availability of instruments and supplies.
**Clinical Care and Treatment**
- Administer **injections, medications**, or **wound dressings** as prescribed.
- Assist in **minor surgical procedures** if required.
- Maintain **aseptic techniques** to prevent infections.
**Health Education and Counseling**
- Educate patients about their condition, medication, follow-up care, and preventive health.
- Provide **counseling support**, especially for chronic illness or lifestyle changes.
**Coordination and Follow-up**
- Schedule **follow-up appointments**.
- Coordinate with other departments (lab, pharmacy, radiology) for tests or referrals.
- Monitor and follow up on test results and share them with the physician or patient.
**Documentation and Record-Keeping**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date **nursing records**.
- Document **nursing assessments**, medication administration, and procedures done.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
**Inventory and Equipment Management**
- Check and maintain **medical supplies and equipment**.
- Report malfunctioning or missing items to appropriate authorities.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
**Emergency Response**
- Identify and respond to **medical emergencies** in the OPD.
- Provide **first aid** or **CPR** if required.
- Activate emergency codes and coordinate care as needed.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good clinical judgment and time management.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and protocols.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
