**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our coworking space. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Receptionist will handle a variety of administrative and management support tasks, including overseeing the housekeeping staff, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring smooth daily operations on the entire floor.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome, greet, and direct visitors and clients appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.
- Maintain security by Contactless Visitor Checkin.
**Telephone and Communication**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
**Administrative Support**:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Followups with vendors.
**Mail and Deliveries**:
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Arrange courier services as necessary.
**Maintaining the Reception Area**:
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Manage the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
**Floor Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the entire floor.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of all office area include Baclonies, washrooms, shared work space, meeting room and others.
- Address and resolve any issues related to the coworking space promptly.
**Office Maintenance**:
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with the appropriate vendors.
- Monitor and ensure the functionality of office equipment and facilities.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
**Follow-ups with Management**:
- Communicate regularly with the Office Manager regarding the status of floor operations and any issues that arise.
- Assist in implementing office policies and procedures as directed by the management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., photocopy machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer service attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Familiarity with scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Prior experience in a corporate or coworking space environment.
**Work Environment**
This position is based in a coworking space. The Receptionist will interact with employees, visitors, clients, and vendors. The role may require sitting for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
