**Job Description: Junior IT Recruiter**
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary** We are seeking a **proactive and enthusiastic** IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or an entry-level professional with a keen interest in technology and talent acquisition. You'll be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our company's growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Networking**: Participate in college job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to build a talent pipeline.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and assisting with new hire documentation and onboarding activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Aptitude**: A basic understanding of IT concepts, roles (e.g., Software Developer, Data Analyst, Cloud Engineer), and the latest technology trends.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Teamwork**: A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and a basic understanding of how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals work is a plus.
