- Knowledge about ITIL Process
- Have good communication & analytical skills with experience in client interactions
- Willing to work in shifts (especially extended number of Night shifts), weekends/Holidays and only on non-technical support topics in a 24x7 support model
- Being aware of service targets, processes and procedures and able to meet those
- Should be proactive and do not need multiple follow-ups
- Experience in SNOW and JIRA ticketing tool and Confluence
- Need to have an eye for details, be methodical, excellent questioning skills and a careful listener
- Mandatory Skills- Prior experience in Application Support Projects (NOT Service Desk related) with experience in SNOW- Good to Have Skills- Assertiveness
- Exceptional communicator
- Calm under pressure
- Vendor Billing range- 7500- Work Location- Mohali-Hyderabad-Bangalore- Client Interview required- No- BGCHECK ( Pre or Post Onboarding)- Pre Onboarding
