**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their educational objectives, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide information about various academic programs, courses, and extracurricular activities offered by the institution.
- Address any concerns or queries students may have about their academic progress or course requirements.
- Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and information sessions to educate students about available resources and support services.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, including notes from counselling sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
