A Mortgage Appraisal Coordinator manages and tracks property appraisals within the mortgage lending process. They ensure appraisals are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time and in compliance with regulations and company policies. They act as a liaison between lenders, appraisers, and other stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Placing and managing appraisal orders through appraisal management platforms. Tracking and Monitoring: Monitoring the progress of appraisal orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with lenders, appraisers, and other relevant parties. Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving issues or delays related to appraisal orders. Compliance: Ensuring all appraisal activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Quality Control: Reviewing appraisal reports for completeness and accuracy. Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with appraisal management companies. Reporting: Generating reports on appraisal order status and performance. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to clients and internal teams regarding appraisal processes. In essence, a Mortgage Appraisal Coordinator plays a crucial role in the mortgage process by ensuring appraisals are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with all necessary requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
