**JOB PURPOSE**:
To develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and track performance across multiple digital platforms while driving results and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand’s products.
- Manage campaign expenses, stay within budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to create automated dashboards for tracking lead and campaign performance.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative strategies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaign spend and performance.
- Measure campaign results against ROI and KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**:

- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track and analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
