Job Title : Operations - MICE Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager with a strong focus on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling queries of corporate clients
- Coordination of Corporate Events (conferences, training, corporate outings)
- Coordinating with the Hotels and vendors (Domestic & International) for availability and rates as per requirement.
- Making Transport arrangement and coordination with vendors.
- Briefing & updating the staff on new rates, changes in policies for various Hotels
- Providing solutions for issues which may crop up in a running group on priority along with general complaints
- Managing day to day coordination with clients.
- To assist in managing positive customer relations and monitoring customer feedback.
- Ability to handle complex responsibilities such as conducting research, preparing statistical reports, supervising, and training other staff.
- Track status of current and new projects along with milestones and deliverables.
- Schedules itinerary by identifying, booking, and confirming route, carriers, lodging, verifying space and rates, issuing tickets, travelling along with group.

Budget 30k to 60k

Location-- Gurgaon

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:
