Fmcg - Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Achieve sales targets and business goals by effectively promoting and selling FMCG products to retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers within the assigned region.
- **Market Analysis**: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to propose actionable insights that drive sales growth.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Promotion**: Educate customers about product features, benefits, and proper usage, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in the product offerings.
- **Brand Visibility**: Increase brand awareness and product visibility at retail locations through product displays, point-of-sale material, and in-store promotions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to the Sales Manager. Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay competitive.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with retailers to manage stock levels and ensure that products are always available for customers, avoiding out-of-stock situations.
- **New Client Acquisition**: Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and converting leads into sales.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Assist in preparing sales forecasts and manage the distribution of products according to demand and market needs.
- **Promotions and Discounts**: Manage and implement promotional campaigns or discount schemes that boost sales during key periods.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the FMCG market and consumer behavior.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast sales trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
