**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our team in the FMCG sector, specifically in the packaged sweets industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for results-oriented sales professionals to contribute to the growth of the business, while building long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, reaching targets, and maintaining a strong market presence in the Ahmedabad region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Reach and exceed sales targets set by the company through effective execution of sales strategies and a results-driven approach.
- **Customer Engagement**: Regularly visit shops to secure orders, update information on existing stock, manage product shelf life, and ensure stock freshness.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote and explain product features to shop owners, converting prospects into long-term, loyal customers.
- **Distributor Coordination**: Work closely with distributors to ensure timely delivery, returns of products, and efficient supply chain management.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels, manage expiration dates, and maintain product quality at the distributor's end to ensure freshness and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay ahead in the market.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and build long-lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
- **Reporting**: Maintain and report daily activity logs, including details of stock levels, returns, orders, and any issues encountered to the manager.
**Education Requirements**:
- **Undergraduate**: Any Graduate
- **Postgraduate**: Any Postgraduate (Preferred but not mandatory)
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Excellent understanding of sales strategies and the FMCG industry.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
