**Job Summary**:
NOVO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support After Sales to join our precious client BMW India. As a Customer Support After Sales, you will be responsible for various tasks related to reporting, calculations, and data management within the aftersales department. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the aftersales operations and driving business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare AG reports, KPIs, and bonuses accurately and on time.
- Oversee HPMA Dashboard and Aftersales Campaign Bonus calculations.
- Calculate quarterly dealer reimbursement and pay-outs.
- Analyse and address Repair Orders open for over 30 days.
- Update pricing in Service Calculator and incorporate new models.
- Enhance transparency for customers by segregating service invoices.
- Process invoices regularly.
- Manage IT data sources for Aftersales KPI reporting.

**SLA/KPI Targets**:

- Report & Bonus: Timely release of reports and bonuses.
- Joy Rewards: Achieve reimbursement targets and monitor dealer penetration.
- Service Calculator: Update calculator promptly with pricing changes and new models.
- Invoice Segregation: Pilot with EVM and implement for all dealers based on feedback.
- After sales Data Management: Verify accuracy between New DMS rollout and aftersales systems. Coordinate alignment with Qlik Sense.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree on related field. MBA Preference
- Proficiency in advance excel and power point presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or aftersales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
