We're on the hunt for diligent and adept Chartered Accountants ready to take on the challenge of managing accounting functions for a diverse clientele, ranging from corporate entities to individuals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Comprehensive Financial Management**: Act as an integral part of the plug-and-play finance team, managing daily operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- **Financial Management and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions. Ensure financial practices are in compliance with Singapore financial regulations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Adapt and ensure compliance with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements for financial and tax reporting. Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and laws affecting the company's operations.
- **Tax Planning and Compliance**: Execute effective tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws. Prepare and review tax filings, minimizing liabilities while ensuring compliance.
- **Stakeholder Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies in Singapore.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring transparent communication and tailored financial services that align with their business needs.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge of Singapore Laws and Regulations, enabling you to adapt your expertise to the Singaporean context.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant certification from India with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a client-facing role within finance and accounting.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end accounting and financial operations, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and auditing.
- Advanced proficiency in various accounting software like Xero and Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering strong client relationships in a remote work environment.
- Quick learner, open to upskilling and adapting to Singapore’s financial regulations and practices.

**Important Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, Remote
- **Work Hours**: Standard timings are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday, with occasional extensions based on client demands and project deadlines as per the norms of the professional services industry.
- **Salary**: ₹3,60,000 per year (Net in-hand pay with no deductions).
