**Job Title**: Virtual Reality - Trainer
**Experience**: min. 3 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver structured training modules on VR fundamentals, including VR concepts, development tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), VR hardware (e.g., Oculus Rift, HTC Vive), and best practices.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to learners, offering support, feedback, and troubleshooting assistance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and fellow trainers to continuously improve training materials and methodologies, incorporating feedback, best practices, and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress and identify areas for improvement, adjusting teaching strategies and content delivery as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among learners.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for learners as they explore opportunities and challenges in VR development, offering insights, advice, and guidance based on your own experiences and expertise.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in VR development, with expertise in VR content creation, 3D modeling, animation, and interaction design.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or training, preferably in a technology-related field, with a passion for education and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and tailor teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.
- Experience with game development engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript) is highly desirable.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months
**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
