Overview:
We are seeking a **Trainer -Training and Development** to join our growing team

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a trainer in the T&D team who will drive all aspects of products & soft skill training. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of IT products within the organization. This individual will be responsible for designing, delivering, supporting and evaluating comprehensive training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively enhance their contribution

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
**Position Summary**- Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, presentations, and hands-on exercises, tailored to the specific needs of employees on IT products & soft skills

Training Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using effective instructional methods and techniques.
- Adapt training materials and delivery styles to accommodate different learning styles and levels of understanding.

Training Evaluation:

- Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyse training data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future training initiatives.

MIS and Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, including participant attendance and feedback

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including product managers, department heads, and HR representatives, to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Proactively communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholde

**We would love to chat if you have...**- 3 -5 years of experience in designing & conducting product training.
- Any bachelor's degree (Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field will be given preference)
- Proven experience as a product trainer or technical instructor.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and deliver training clearly and engagingly.
- Passion for technology and a desire to help others learn and grow.
