**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**: Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- **Proposal & Negotiation**: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, revenue projections, and performance reports.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years (for Executive) | 4+ years (for Manager) in business development, sales, or a related role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication & Negotiation**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- **Sales & CRM Expertise**: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation software, and lead tracking.
- **Self-Motivation & Leadership**: Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and lead teams (for Manager level).
