**Job Overview**
This is a field-based role, where you will be responsible for developing partnerships and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth. If you have a passion for sales, business development, and networking, this role will give you hands-on experience and significant career growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
Networking & Business Development
Identify potential collaboration opportunities with residential societies, corporate offices, and gyms.
Visit and pitch Midas Wellness Hub’s services to key decision-makers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with building managers, corporate HRs, and influencers.
**Securing Tie-Ups & Partnerships**
Convince societies, corporate offices, and other potential partners to offer exclusive wellness benefits to their members/employees.
Negotiate terms and create win-win collaborations for long-term partnerships.
Ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements and maintain follow-ups.
**Marketing & Brand Awareness**
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Distribute marketing materials, engage in direct outreach, and implement on-ground brand activations.
Work closely with the internal marketing team to align field activities with the overall business strategy.
**Sales & Revenue Generation**
Meet and exceed sales and partnership targets.
Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and successes.
Use data-driven insights to optimize efforts and improve sales conversions.
