**Job Definition**
The Site Foreman (Civil) oversees and coordinates daily site operations on construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The Foreman will act as the main point of contact between the construction workers and the site management team, ensuring that schedules are followed and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Supervise and guide workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment usage.
- Inspect work quality and address defects.
- Maintain daily progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges.
- Bill of quantity measurement checking.
- Acknowledge site closure.
- To prepare daily work progress reports and work schedule.
- To Prepare labour weekly wages and subcontractor wages.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years working as a Site Foreman - Civil.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Flexible to work at any site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
