**Job Title: Civil Foreman**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee construction activities on-site, including coordinating the work of labor crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure that work is completed according to design requirements and quality standards.
- Allocate resources, materials, and equipment effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime, coordinating with project managers and procurement teams as needed.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and practices, conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Train and mentor construction workers and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address project-related issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure that project goals are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work progress, materials usage, and equipment maintenance, preparing daily reports and logs as required.
- Participate in project planning meetings, providing input and feedback on scheduling, resource allocation, and construction methodologies.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
- Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably

**Requirements and skills**
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals..
- Ability to hire, train, and supervise workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with workers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices, with a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Proficiency in construction management software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools and technology..
- Experience in a supervisory or related role

**Qualifications**:
Graduate with a minimum of 7 years experience preferably in the construction industry.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
