As a Civil Foreman at Aashish group, you'll oversee construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness. Your leadership will be key to project success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate construction activities with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- **Supervision**: Lead and train construction crews to ensure quality work.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols for a hazard-free work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor work to maintain compliance with specifications and standards.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and manpower.
- **Problem Solving**: Address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records for project tracking and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
