**Job Title**: Telecaller - Aviation Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students interested in aviation courses.
- Counsel students about courses, fees, batch schedules, and career prospects.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the training and operations team for scheduling and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, counseling, or inside sales (aviation or education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

**Salary**:
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (based on experience) + Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,850.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
