Duties and responsibilities

The job of an can be quite demanding. This position requires a focus on creating and promoting cleanliness and order in the workplace.

Specifically, an Executive is expected to develop housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards, as well as organize and supervise the work of housekeepers responsible for cleaning guestrooms.

They are also responsible for recruiting and training new staff, preparing budgets, and maintaining inventory levels. Furthermore, they manage staff scheduling, evaluate housekeeping performance, inspect rooms, appoint personnel when necessary, and resolve guest complaints or problems.

It is paramount that Executive Housekeepers take pride in their role as they must constantly ensure that their departments adhere to established standards of hospitality.
- Understanding of cleaning processes and strategies.
- Organizational and planning skills to manage staff.
- Coordinate schedules.
- Know how to use various commercial-grade cleaning tools and machines such as vacuum cleaners and carpet extractors.
- Knowledge of safety protocols is also essential for this role so that the employees can safely perform their duties without putting themselves or others at risk.
- The ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service is key in the position of executive housekeeper.
- Exceptional communication abilities are necessary for problem-solving, budgeting, and managing personnel issues during their shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
