
Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing and organizing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Provide necessary information and support to help sales representatives meet their targets.
**Customer Interaction**: Communicate with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and resolve customer concerns. Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with various departments such as inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
**Sales Data Management**: Maintain and update sales and customer records in the database. Analyze sales data to generate reports, track sales trends, and provide insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.
**Quotation and Pricing**: Prepare price quotes, negotiate terms with customers within established guidelines, and follow up on quotations to secure sales opportunities.
**Sales Coordination**: Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and appointments. Ensure that sales representatives have the necessary materials and information for meetings and presentations.
**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all documents are accurate, filed correctly, and easily accessible for reference.
**Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock shortages. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are available for timely delivery.
**Sales Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives. Provide feedback from customers to aid in the development of new products or services.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of sales processes and basic understanding of sales techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
