We are urgently looking for **Sales Coordinator**for one of the **Garments Manufacturing.**

**Location:

- Narol, Ahmedabad**

**Experience:

- **3-5yrs
**Qualification:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

**Job Description:

- **

1. **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements.

2. **Order Processing**: Process orders received from customers. Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

3. **Client Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

4. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

5. **Team Coordination**: Liaise with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, production) to streamline sales processes. Schedule and coordinate sales team meetings and training sessions.

6. **Market Research**: Assist in market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

7. **Targets and Goals**: Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.

**Skills**:

- Proven **experience in a sales support or coordination role.**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
