**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of sales tours and programs.
- Ensure timely dissemination of tour schedules and necessary arrangements.
- Maintain an updated database of doctors, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and comprehensive doctor lists.
- Monitor and track the attendance of field sales representatives.
- Generate attendance reports as required.
- Collect, verify, and process expense reports from the sales team.
- Prepare expense statements for reimbursement and budgetary purposes.
- Compile and analyse sales data to generate periodic sales reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate inventory management.
- Assist in tracking sales targets and comparing them with actual achievements.
- Prepare reports highlighting variances and performance trends.
- Collaborate with the finance department to calculate sales incentives accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of incentives to eligible sales team members.
- Support the sales team in following up on leads, inquiries, and sales prospects.
- Maintain records of sales interactions and outcomes.
- Coordinate the dispatch of sales inputs, promotional materials, and marketing collateral to field personnel.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for the sales team.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes taking.
- Ensure timely dissemination of meeting-related information and materials.
- Facilitate the appointment of stockists and distributors in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Monitor stockist activities and performance.
- Assist in generating invoices and processing credit notes as per company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts departments for invoice verification and processing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and clients.
- Coordinate with the finance department for payment reconciliation and resolution of payment issues.
- Monitor stock levels batch-wise and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between HO and field sales teams.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers as required.
