Organisation is leading screw barrels and plastic extruder machinery manufacturing Industry located at Bopal, Ahmedabad.
Required Education: Diploma/ BE or any Graduate with min 2 to 5 Years Experience as Sales Coordinator Profile in any Capital Goods Industry.
**Job Description**:
- Coordinate sales activates and Support the sales team
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the sales team and management.
- Coordinate promotional events, Exhibition, and sales campaigns.
- Maintain client communication and Provide after sales support.
- Respond to customer inquiries, including order status and product information.
- Understand and resolve customer problems and complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
- Organize sales meetings, customer visits, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and related documents in the Cratio CRM & ERP System.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Proactively oversee and provide timely updates on order progress to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficient communication.
- Conduct daily lead generation from India MART and coordinate with the sales team to discuss and strategize the next steps for effective lead conversion machine selling
- Provide actionable feedback to the sales team to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Submit daily working reports to the designated authority.

- **Educational Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Plastic Machinery, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or A related Engineering field.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Cratio CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- **Additional Skills**:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of plastic machinery. Experience in making 50 Positive Sales calls. Give update to consent team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
