As a Sales Coordinator at Dev Opus Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and relationships. - Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements. - Provide administrative support for the sales team's day-to-day activities.

2. Client Communication:
3. Order Processing:

- Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to fulfill orders efficiently. - Maintain records of sales orders and client interactions.

4. Sales Data and Reporting:

- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales data. - Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance. - Provide data and reports to the sales team as needed.

5. Sales Meetings and Events:

- Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events. - Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials. - Ensure seamless logistics for off-site client meetings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. - Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using office software. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
