Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic self-starter SOFT SKILLS TRAINERS/ EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS TRAINERS / APTITUDE TRAINERS /to deliver campus placement training programs with the highest passion and commitment to keeping up the image of the organization and ensuring the ultimate mission of Education to Employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and delivering assigned content to the degree students
- Evaluating individual students learning growth and documenting
- Classroom management
- Helping hand for placement team of Elevate program
- Evaluating students assessments & maintaining attendance
- Sending daily, weekly & monthly reports to reporting manager
- The trainer will be primarily responsible to design the program, create content, deliver programs that will help students placed in Industries
- Responsible to facilitate Employability skills training program
- Create stipulated content for training, mock drives
- Create the content and simulate the sessions on Professional communication, Formal Presentations, Resume writing, Group Discussion & Personal Interviews.
- The trainer should be able to deliver training in Facilitation Mode using innovative techniques & tools like Group Discussion, Roleplays, Action Learning, and Flipped Classroom.

**Requirements**:

- Proven trainer, resourceful, organized, and motivated to teach, train, and look for new and creative ways to make the training enjoyable
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
- Must be a trainer who sets high standards and expectations through his/her conduct and work
- Strong English communication skills desired.
- Focus on quality and time management skills.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency
- Flexible and reliable
- displaying great ownership in all aspects.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, basic Excel, intermediate to advanced
- PowerPoint, including the ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations).
- Expert in soft skills and behavioral training in a highly agile business environment.
- Individual contributor role in a high-performance environment.

Education and Experience

Graduate / Post-graduate in any discipline.

5-7 years of prior training experience in the Soft Skills /Employability /Aptitude and skill training space/domain.

Experience in Education Industry will be an added advantage
