Executive Producer

**Position**:Executive Producer - Marathi Content, Digital Business

**Purpose**:The position is responsible for end-to-end operations involved in creation and delivery of content for Marathi, which includes coordination with production houses and various internal teams with the objective of maintaining quality of content produced and within agreed timelines.

**Education**:Degree in mass communication or any allied degree (Creative capabilities will be given a preference over educational qualification for this role)

**Experience**:5+ years of experience with OTT / production houses / television broadcaster

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordination with production house
- Understand the storyline of the project and coordinate with assigned production house for scripts, casting, promotional material
- Follow up with production house for rough cuts, review quality of rough cut and share with supervisor for their review
- Collate feedback shared by multiple team members and share the feedback with the production house and explain point of view and rationale for changes
- Review second draft of the cuts and ensure, feedback shared has been incorporated
- Constantly follow up with production house to ensure all deliveries are received within timelines and as per requirements
- Provide inputs during the end to end creative phase
- On ground support
- Oversee management of events as per defined timelines; Actively participate and take auditions, look tests
- Liaise with production house and artists on contracts and any day to day issues
- Escalate issues to supervisor in a timely manner, as required to ensure end timelines are not impacted
- Coordination with internal teams
- Coordinate with the PR team for any PR related activities, ensure any requirements from the production house is communicated in advance and met
- Collaborate for scripts with programing / OAP team and share with the production house for shooting promos
- Coordinate with post-production team for quality checks and any corrections in the packaging required
- Relationship management with partners
- Coordinate with production house daily; Develop rapport with stakeholders and maintain good working relationships
- Liaise with artists through the entire production life cycle and ensure a mutually beneficial relationship
