- Direct Reporting to: Lead - Creative Producer
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Understanding client briefs for creating a campaign. Creating a campaign idea along with Print/DVC & TVC visuals.
- Visualizing an entire shoot based on client requirements
- creating mood boards, art references, platform wise understanding
- TVC, Digital, OTT, In-Store, OOH, and more.
- Knowledge about the production budgets while creating executable projects.
- Execution of the whole project
- selecting the director, shortlisting photographers, models/ actors, and the entire crew.
- To supervise production closely to ensure highest quality within approved budgets.
- Schedule and coordinate the details for all necessary meetings and ensure completion of action items
- Coordinating the creative execution & decisions with the producer & servicing team.
- Experienced in creating a wide variety of promotional material while working closely with content and marketing teams.
- Iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility
- To collaborate with external Production Houses/Writers/Producers/Directors on briefs in the pipeline and work closely with them on the same for day to day seamless execution
- This position requires a creative design thinker and problem solver with a strong understanding of conceptual design, from creation and development through to presentation to clients for review and refinement.
