Executive Creative Producer

Role Overview : The Creative Producer will handle day-to-day project management and execution within a specific vertical, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Production. As part of a team of 2-3 producers, this role focuses on managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal and external processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in production and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management : Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
Risk Monitoring : Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.
Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.
Experience : 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments; Project Management : Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
