- Responsible for bidding on online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Identifying potential clients and understanding their requirements.
- Drafting compelling proposals to win new projects.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Prior experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Negotiation and closing skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **6 months to 2 years** experience in online bidding or business development.
