We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruitment and can handle additional generalist HR duties.

As a **Talent Acquisition**, you will primarily focus on recruiting top talent for various roles within the organization (90% of the role). You will also handle some generalist HR responsibilities to support the HR team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments, including technical, administrative, and managerial positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.

**Generalist HR Responsibilities**:

- Support onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and paperwork completion.
- Assist with employee relations, including answering basic HR-related queries.
- Provide input on talent management and workforce planning activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
