Demi Chef De Partie - Chinese Cuisine

**Description**

We are seeking for a Demi Chinese Chef de Partie to coordinate the culinary operations of our Chinese Restaurant - Ruby Wu’s.

TASKS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and exceed customer service and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can Service and teamwork.
- Assist in the planning of menus and recipes.
- Prepare working station, mis-en-place, check working set-up and mis-en-place of assigned staff.
- Coordinate breakfast, lunch and dinner service and ensure correct sequence of service.
- Monitor and control the cleanliness of the kitchen areas and equipment.
- Handle all food preparation, production and presentation to ensure consistency in food quality in accordance with the hotel’s standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Expertise in Chinese Cuisine and Chinese Restaurant Operations. Certification in ‘Chinese Food Preparation’ would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2/3 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Good command of English Language
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Pleasing personality, courteous and friendly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
