
Commercial Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and managing customer quotations, pricing structures, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decisions.
- Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for revenue optimization.
- Liaise with key clients for order management, issue resolution, and relationship building.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow up on payments when required.
- Assist in tender preparation and documentation for new business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date records of commercial transactions and client communications.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree Commerce or B.Tech.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar commercial role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of contracts, pricing strategy, and customer account management is preferred.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (if applicable).
- Basic understanding of financial principles (costing, margins, P&L impact).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
