**P-TAL (Punjab Thathera Art Legacy)** is the story of a brand which started as a college project under SRCC, to revive India's only UNESCO listed craftform of Thatheras from Amritsar, Punjab. P-TAL aims to revive the old traditions of India in a contemporary form and take them to the world

P-TAL runs on three fundamentals - developing an organised market to promote the craft legacy of Thatheras, creating designs for urban consumers and leveraging contemporary marketing to sell traditional art. In India, eating in brass and copper vessels has been practised for years. Considered beneficial for health, these vessels are expensive & harder to maintain and have lost the favour of the masses in modern times. P-TAL aims to change that and bring back people to the rich old traditions so that people make the ‘right’ choice, not the easy one.

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing key warehouse functions, from Amazon portal management to shipment planning, tracking, and vendor negotiations. You will ensure that the warehouse operations are efficient and aligned with company goals, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth logistics flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Amazon Portal Handling**: Manage and update product listings, track inventory levels, and process orders through Amazon’s Seller Central portal.
- **FBA Planning**: Oversee the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) process, including stock planning, order fulfillment, and ensuring products are shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers as per the schedule.
- **Shipment Manifestation**: Prepare and verify shipment manifests, ensuring that all relevant details are accurately documented and aligned with shipment requirements.
- **Shipment Tracking**:Monitor the movement ement of shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any issues or delays to ensure timely receipt of products.
- **Vendor Negotiations**: Collaborate with vendors to negotiate better rates, terms, and conditions for shipments and warehouse-related services.
- **MS Excel**: Use MS Excel to manage inventory data, create reports, and track warehouse performance metrics.
- **Report Generation & Reconciliation**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related activities. Reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management, e-commerce logistics, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, MS Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.), and shipment tracking tools.
- **Knowledge of FBA Process**:Understanding of the Fulfillment by Amazon process, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for accuracy in shipment documentation, inventory records, and reports.
- **Vendor Communication**: Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields).
- 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role in the e-commerce industry.
