1. assist in the general physical activities of the warehouse to include off-loading and generally moving returns

2. assist in the general administration of the warehouse and using the computer system for returns process etc, goods in/out, dealing with documentation, raising stock discrepancies, asset tagging, assisting with stock management, organizing couriers, providing support and assistance to customers, helping to resolve complaints and enquiries

3. effective liaison with internal and external customers

4. carry out planned tasks in accordance with requirements and within time limits

5. assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes

6. assist Line Manager to deal with external agencies in relation to customer service matters

7. maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work

8. reporting data as required

9. achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager to achieve team targets

10. immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager

11. contribute towards the smooth running of the team

12. responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls

13. adhere to all organization policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
