**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's Management Information System (MIS) to ensure the effective and efficient collection, storage, and analysis of data. The role involves generating and analyzing reports, maintaining databases, and providing timely and accurate information to support decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, validate, and input data into the MIS from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement best practices for data management and reporting.
- **Support and Training**:

- Provide support to end-users regarding MIS functionalities and issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role. Freshers with advance excel knowledge are also welcomed.
- Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong mail drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
