Of the $44B, the temples drive GMV of ~$27B in temple offerings, services, and commerce. There are 2M+ temples in India - about 10k of these temples have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these religious places is a $10B opportunity. The Sri Mandir app is the world’s largest app for Hindu devotees and growing 20-25% month-on-month. **Role Requirement**We’re looking for an **Admin Associate** who is smart, active, and reliable, with a knack for keeping things organized and running smoothly. If you have strong communication skills, basic tech know-how (MS Office/Google Workspace), and a detail-oriented approach, this role is for you.

Join us at our **HSR Layout, Bengaluru** office and be the backbone of our daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Office Coordination**: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with teams, vendors, and service providers.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain files, databases, employee records, and office documentation (physical and digital).
- **Procurement & Inventory Management**: Track and manage office supplies, raise purchase requests, and liaise with vendors.
- **Facility Management**: Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, meeting room bookings, and ensure workplace hygiene and safety.
- **Event & Meeting Support**: Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
- **Compliance & Policy Adherence**: Support HR/management in ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- **Travel & Logistics Assistance**: Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and reimbursements when required.
- **Expense Tracking**: Assist in managing petty cash, invoices, and coordinating with accounts for payments.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide day-to-day assistance to leadership and other teams as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline & diploma (preferred - BBA/ Hotel Management)
- Freshers or up to 2 years of admin/office experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi is must, Kannada will be preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable with 5-6 days in-office at HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
