Immediate requirement of Accounts Associate for Bangalore location.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Associate Accounts Cum Admin to join our team. This role will involve a combination of accounting and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including payments and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Administration:
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
Assist with HR-related tasks as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (ZOHO)
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience - 1 to 2 years
**Education**:
**Language**:
- Proficiency in Kannada, English (preferred)
- Proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
