Key Responsibilities
- **Technical Support**: Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- **System Setup & Maintenance**: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- **Network Monitoring**: Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity; troubleshoot network issues.
- **User Account Management**: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems and networks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update technical documentation for configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- **Security Assistance**: Assist with IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Training & Orientation**: Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

Required Qualifications
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of network and system administration.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

**Certifications** (Optional but beneficial):

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- ITIL Foundation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
