**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished plastic products to ensure adequate stock availability for production.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and execute logistics operations for the timely transportation and distribution of plastic goods to customers and other facilities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and pickups of raw materials.
- **Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment for plastic storage.
- Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse layout and organization, considering the unique handling requirements of plastic products.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, logistics costs, and operational performance for management review.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics and storage activities, particularly related to handling plastic materials.
- Conduct safety training and promote a culture of safety within the logistics and warehouse teams.
- **Customer Service**:

- Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries of plastic products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control (2-3 years preferred), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations specific to manufacturing.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance related to manufacturing goods.
- Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
